Apparently, I ‘m a miser. Of nonexistent money. Michan and I were talking about Winglica Forum and its posting currency, which is in Wings. We have purchased ‘virtual pets’ in there which we take care of and train.

I started watching the second season of Hana Yori Dango (Hana Yori Dango Returns) yesterday and was a bit surprised at the change in their appearance, mostly for the F4 though since Tsukushi looked the same to me. XD They looked more mature in this though.

Verdict? From the couple of episodes I’ve watched so far, I think this is a good sequel for the first season. I didn’t even know I could cry during a sushi dinner, damn it!

I’m also reading the manga in my spare time to see how the live action series deviated from the manga. Well, it deviated a lot. I guess the one who followed the manga more closely would be the Taiwanese version, Meteor Garden. But in my opinion, the japanese version is definitely better.

I realize I haven’t been active on this blog these past few days though it’s not entirely my fault. The server had some major problems that prevented me from viewing this site, checking my mail and basically getting anything done here. The good thing that came out of it was that I was able to work on some projects that I have delayed in doing for a while.

Some thoughts and random nonsense:

• Jas and I have plans on expanding Winglica to another level of audiences. It’ll be a lot of work, but hopefully we’ll get there.
• We might move to another server soon because our current server cost is almost the same as hosting cost for two years on other hosting providers. We’ll see.
• I’d drag myself to finally take notes of my japanese lessons. I need to itemize and remember everything I’ve learned.
• Someone saved me from being the crazy, workaholic and ‘glutton for punishment’ that I am. Thank god.
• I’ll treat my whole family to the movies (we’ll watch Spiderman 3) and a buffet dinner to celebrate my brother’s graduation from college. Wow. We’re that old already, bro?
