The workaholic is at it again and she’s killing herself with work. I have a deadline on a big project on Monday, then another deadline for that on March 5th. I have my 19 inches tall cross stitch pattern, a pending layout for the Hakkai and Hakkuryu fanlisting, my Japanese lessons, and my normal workload. Yes, I’m definitely on the road to exhaustion once again.

I thought I’d finally have some rest on the 2th since it is President’s Day in the US but it seems our company had other ideas. We’re having communication training on that day so we had to go to work. My reaction? O_O Not that I have superb communication skills, but I can converse in English quite well. I’d rather sleep.

Gah, I need sleep.

Something unusual happened yesterday. Well, perhaps a more specific way to say it is that something that doesn’t usually happen to me happened.

I found some money lying on the street as I was on my way back home. That never happened to me. Usually, I’m the one who carelessly losses money everywhere so picking up money was a first for me.

We’ve recently moved our office to a new building and I have to agree that the new location is definitely better. It’s bigger, has a conference room, its own male and female restrooms and its across several food establishments, including Starbucks! ^^

The crowning point that cinched it was something that made me wince in chagrin. The new office is right across the building where I used to take my Japanese classes! And I mean, literally, across the street, a mere 3 meters from the entrance of our building.

Is this the universe’s way of telling me that I should continue with my nihonggo classes? ^_^
