I was reading Night Pleasures and Sherrilyn Kenyon again and was struck at the similarities of most of her characters. They were blond, gorgeous, and powerful in both physical and financial attributes. I suppose it does play on the grander fantasies of women. I mean really, can people like that actually exist in abundance, concentrated on one place? I think not.
And the amount of money they’re said to possess is unheard of! I remember a scene where Kyrian fetched Amanda from her office and the author wrote that Kyrian actually owned a Lamborghini and Amanda thought it a trifle amusing that Kyrain owned such a car. In truth though, I didn’t even now what a Lamborghini was so I checked our some Lamborghini dealers and I have to admit that they do look cool. I wonder if they come in royal blue? Now if only I had enough money to buy one.
