Japanese Manga Overload

Just a quick post.

If you find me missing here for a few days, it doesn’t mean I dropped off the face of the planet, or got kidnapped en route home. I’ve borrowed several manga titles from a friend and from the looks of it that will keep me quite busy. =)

  1. Hanazakari no Kimitachi (Hana Kimi) by Hisaya Nakajo - complete 23 volumes
  2. Yoroshiku Master by Tsukaba Sakura - up to Volume 3
  3. Meru Puri by Matsuri Hino - complete 4 volumes
  4. Zettai Kareshi by Yuu Watase - complete 6 volumes

The Art of Hana-Kimi Zettai Kareshi: Figure Na Darling

Above are some great links to the mangas I mentioned. Some of those mangas have been around for ages but I only will get to read them this time around. Thank God for creating friends. ^^ The sheer number of those books should be sufficient to tide me over the next World War or so.

I’ll try to add some scheduled posts here and there. But if you need to contact me, drop by my bomb shelter.

This layout is just so sexy! I had to include it here even if I haven’t validated it yet. I love the dark and sinister feeling here, plus Cho Hakkai is a personal favorite! =)

Blogging Grandma

Shinshi Doumei Cross avatarA random thought came into my mind as I thought on how long I have been blogging on the net. My earliest recollection of it was probably at the beginning of 2002 when I was still ignorant of web standards, CSS and such, and depended solely on Microsoft Frontpage. My blog was even hosted on some obscure free web hosting service.

Even in those days, with bad page markup, crappy design that make me shudder now, a layout that can never be called a layout today, and numerous ads on the page, I still loved logging online everyday and typing events that happened in my life. I loved checking the page for every new comment I receive. It was a certain high.

So forward a few years to now. After numerous relocations, redesigns, and reevaluation of purpose, where are those thoughts now?
