By the way, I make brownies from scratch. 
Nice and chocolate-ly and some times they come out almost cake like.

But. . . I only make them after September. I live in Texas, so kitchen in June to August: turn oven on at midnight.
I also made a chocolate pudding (sugar free) pie then once that set topped with sliced strawberries and put extra creamy cool whip on top of that and then put blueberries and sliced cherries to make it look like the Texas flag. That was Sunday. Half’s already gone. I need more chocolate pudding. . . . . . I need more chocolate period.
If you think the brownies and the Texas flag chocolate pudding pie was evil. . . ya ain’t seen nuthin yet y’all! I’m just gettin started.

This weekend I’m making cupcakes for the 4th. Now that’s coming out of a box and a tub of frosting. 
Yeah, I’m lazy. Even though Hurricane Alex has lowered the temps down into the 80′s. . . It’s still coming out of a box. Thank you Pillsbery! Sprinkles are red and blue and the frosting’s white, but should I frost some of the cupcakes red and blue also?
Anyway. . .
What should I torture you with next. . .
I’d say frost the cupcakes too~~~ You could always send me some if you don’t have pictures XDDDD

I just finished making lemon-poppy seed muffins for tomorrow morning’s breakfast. Don’t know how they taste, but we’ll find out soon. I still have flour on me. 
The muffins look good. Golden brown tops and each centimeter filled with hundreds of poppy seeds. Grant it, I used orange rind in place of lemon rind, but who cares.
Crème brûlée, eh? Me like a bite next time.
Ooh! Tres Leches! LOVE IT! Never made it, but want to. Make anyone fall of the wagon if made right. *insert drool*

I should be able to cook and bake a little more since we got a new roof. 
Inside is a mess but the roof looks great. Ooh. . . Sno Balls in the kitchen. Saving for midnight snack.

That means it won’t be as hot as it has been in the kitchen. But even better will be if/when we get a new A/C unit. But before I even think of baking or cooking, I need to clean the kitchen first. >_<'
