- PHP, Mysql, FTP, htaccess, and all those good stuff.
- Enough space and bandwidth. Please tell me how much space and bandwidth you need. I can always increase it if the need arises.
- Help from me in installing scripts or programs.
- Me as your webmistress.

My Requirements:
- I am only hosting fanlistings, collectives, writing sites, blogs, shrines and small sites as of the moment.
- Your design skills need not be spectacular, but at least has some semblance of design. I’m not really a big fan of wallpaper-sized header images.
- Show me a sample of your work. If you don’t have a website sample, just upload your sample image somewhere and give me the URL.
- Keep in touch with me at least once in a while. You don’t have to be my best friend but at least don’t be a stranger either. You can comment on my blog or talk to me on my various messengers.
- Update your site at least once a month. I’m hosting your website, not storage.
- If you’re going to use web scripts (phpBB, PHPFanbase, Wordpress, etc.) please remember to keep them up to date at all times.
