Well, if you haven't read in the layout section, this layout was made with valid xhtml and css under strict code. This means that this file's CSS doesn't have colored-scrollbars, fancy hover styles and other hullabaloo that cannot be viewed by browsers other than Internet Explorer. I'm not held responsible if, after you've encoded the content, it comes out as a validation error. That's for you to sort out. However, I am open to help you through the PW Forum, or simply e-mail me directly, telling me which layout (layout name preferred) you've downloaded and the kind of problem you're experiencing.
As you can see, this layout features Haruhara Haruko from FLCL or Furi Kuri. I don't know why they call it FLCL.. O.o; I haven't really gotten into the anime nor the manga, but I love the art. X3
Also, this layout features a nice stock photomanipulation of a plastic tube named "End of Tunnel" by Joshua Davis. The whole thing just reminded me of light, thus the aptly-named 'Symphony of Light'. I added a few touches of my own light grunge brushes to emphasize a sense of nostalgia in the image. :D
I've donated this layout to Painted Wings. The contents of this download is still the same as the one distributed on Horg.
