I knew we’d get some flak for it. But we did it anyway. There are just some decisions that have to be made, whatever our feelings are about them. I hated doing it. I was talking to online friends about it even before we finalized the decision. And all the while, my heart was breaking. It still is.

Japanese Manga Cravings

Due to the lull I received after finishing part of the web project I had before, I am now concentrating solely on improving my japanese. I’m trying to memorize and understand the numerous japanese sentence patterns. It’s encouraging to read my japanese manga after brushing up on my japanese sentence patterns since I understand more of what I read after learning the patterns.
The effect? I bought several japanese mangas online. Oh, dear. Will I be overwhelmed? Well, at least I know it’ll be more than a month till they get here so I’ll have plenty of time to practice. ^^
I’m also looking forward to translating the mangas for Michan’s manga scanlation site. *rolls up sleeve* I’m ready to polish my nihonggo skills!
First Chibi Drawing

I received some news that had me hyperventilating from now till tomorrow, so I figured I had to let out that excitement in some other way before I self-combust.
Here’s a chibi that I put together and colored. I know the colors are bland since I didn’t put any time in shading and such, but I promise to do so in the future. ^^ Tell me what you think.
